Our bride and groom have their own unique style and attitude, so a bohemian style wedding was a given. They inspired us to find things in nature, free our creative selves to make this shoot photographed by Jamie Sivinski a dream come true. We live and work in the majestic Shenandoah Valley and how else to enhance its beauty than with this couple. We started by finding this beautiful free flowing dress by Lilian West Gowns from Amanda’s Touch Bridal. The Groom simply wanted to be himself so we helped him piece together items he already owned and look hot for his future bride. Spring in the valley can be unpredictable so we decided to have the ceremony and reception inside at the Loading Dock located in old town Elkton, Virginia. This location allowed the couple to still feel down to earth and relaxed in an industrial setting. The ceremony was draped in natural elements from our own back yards, it screamed boho! The A from arbor from Another Chance Designs was enhanced with tan grasses, Protea and blush floral by Ruffles and Rust. They also created this stunning bouquet that the bride said made her feel wild and magical. Later retreating outside to a hazy Blue Ridge Mountain kissed backdrop for some stunning photos with these free spirited Frisian horses owned by Massanutten Carriages. Returning, to the loading dock the couple enjoyed a unique black fondant cake made by Bijou's Sweet Treats that hung suspended on a swing. Our couple finished up their evening with a guitar solo by the groom to his bride and a relaxing meal at their boho inspired sweetheart table. The Shenandoah Valley is a magical place and a wonderful place to have a wedding like no other.
